The Academy 1 Middle School FIRST LEGO League Challenge Team Academy1JC has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious FIRST LEGO League North New Jersey Advanced Innovation Project Award.
Working since September, this outstanding group of students has demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovation through their project, which focuses on developing an augmented reality app designed to teach teenagers the essential life skill of cooking.
They are excited to attend the Northern New Jersey Advanced Innovation Project Award Ceremony
on March 8th at Mount Olive High School, and await to hear if they are advancing to the next phase of the competition.

At the Northern New Jersey State Competition, the Academy 1 team was awarded first place in Core Values, an accolade reflecting their exceptional teamwork, innovation, and adherence to FLL's core principles.
